The overall structure is a fixed workpiece and gantry mobile structure.It can achieve two-axis linkage and three-axis control - X and Y axes can be linked to achieve planar cutting feed, and Z axis can float to track the surface of the workpiece.All three CNC axes are guided by rolling guide pairs, and driven by AC servo motors that feed through ball screw pairs. The servo motors are imported brands, and the guide rails, sliders, and ball screws are also imported brands
The entire machine body is constructed with a honeycomb structure and then welded together to form a whole;The crossbeam is made of the same honeycomb steel structure, and the outer wall is formed by bending and welding the entire plate;After undergoing a secondary high-temperature annealing process, the large gantry milling machine underwent precision machining.It has good rigidity and stability.Thus, the parallelism and perpendicularity of the machine are guaranteed.
