ZHC series cold chamber die casting machine can be used to cast the aluminum alloy products.

II Features

2.1 Pull-bar structure and hydraulic lifting device are good for mold

2.2 The exclusively designed injection system is equipped with piston-type fast speed and intensifier accumulators.

2.3 Equipped with big-diameter logic valve and flow control valve, which can improve injection quality and keep the oil pressure stable.

2.4 Hydraulic gear-type mold adjustment structure is easy for operation.

2.5 Unique high speed die lock system helps to improve production efficiency.

2.6 With automatic lubrication system, you can adjust the lubrication period and oil volume, which can lengthen the working life of the machine.

2.7 Hydraulic system is equipped with high pressure and low pressure two pumps so as to save energy and improve efficiency.

2.8 Stable and high-performance injection system: slow speed phase; high speed phase; intensification speed phase.
