This machine is specially designed for winding toroidal cores from CRGO electrical silicon steel full automatically.
This machine stops Panasonic PLC control system, full closed-loop control all the procedure, including clamping, fixing, pressing, winding, cutting, welding, releasing, etc.
This machine adopts 5 servo motors driving:
- - Servo motor for cutting device tracking (non-stop)
- - Servo motor for cutting down CRGO strips with max. thickness 0.35mm (with reducer)
- - Servo motor for spindle winding (with reducer)
- - Servo motor for flapping & ejecting finished cores
- - Servo motor for clamping & feeding strip to pin on spindle
