In the pursuit of excellence in the construction of residential buildings and other structures, while increasing the efficiency of production facilities, the latest technologies are actively used. One of these technical solutions is the use of heating cables, the laying and connection of which can be done by hand. In the construction of any objects, a high-quality foundation, on which a building or house stands, is of paramount importance. Usually, concrete mixes are used to fill the foundation or slab. In order for buildings to withstand any loads on the foundation in the future, you need to use a mixture of excellent quality for it. The foundation itself should be ready for the erection of walls and subsequent ceilings above it, that is, it is necessary to wait a certain period in order for the concrete to harden to complete. At high temperatures and air humidity, hardening is faster, and at low temperatures it slows down. Exposure to zero and negative air temperatures can stop the setting process. The optimum temperature for solidification is 20-30 degrees above zero, the humidity should not be lower than 90%. Under laboratory conditions, it was found that hardening occurs most actively under the described conditions in the first week after pouring. During this period, concrete can gain up to 70% of its strength. 100% brand strength reaches 28 days .
In real conditions, the air temperature cannot be constant: it is higher during the day, it decreases at night, and the humidity also changes at different times of the day. Therefore, experts recommend to wait with the erection of buildings on the ground a few more days. Thus, it is possible to continue construction work no earlier than a month after pouring. 28 days is the control time for the concrete to set. But in some cases it is necessary for the concrete setting process to proceed faster. This applies to work carried out in the winter, or the necessary removal of objects in the early stages. For such cases, you can speed up the process of solidification tenfold. Since concrete matures faster at high temperatures and humidity, electrical heating cables may be used for drying and hardening of concrete in new buildings. Hardening usually takes 28 days, depending on climate and temperature. By installing heating cables this time can be reduced.
