Description of Clean Removal Filament Tape

JLT-615 Filament tapes are constructed of olyester film that is glass-reinforced and that has an aggressive synthetic rubber. It will not leave glue residue after peel off.

JL3 offers a variety of grades of filament tape are available. Some have as much as 472 pounds of tensile strength per inch of width. Different types and grades of adhesive are also available. Most often, the tape is 12 mm (approx. 1/2 inch) to 24 mm (approx. 1 inch) wide, but it is also used in other widths. A variety of strengths, calipers, and adhesive formulations are available.

Performance of Clean Removal Filament Tape

JLT-615 is a transparent and high strength filament tape. Glass fiber contributes higher tensile strength and improved special synthetic rubber delivers stronger adhesion; good adhesion to the surface slightly stained by oil and without residue left; high resistance to abrasion; impact resistance and high holding power.

1/2” X 60 yards (12mmX55m) rolls: 72 rolls per case, 128 cases per pallet;

3/4” X 60 yards (18mmX55m) rolls: 48 rolls per case, 128 cases per pallet;

1” X 60 yards (24mmX55m) rolls: 36 rolls per case, 128 cases per pallet;

1 1/2” X 60 yards (36mmX55m) rolls: 24 rolls per case, 128 cases per pallet;

2” X 60 yards (48mmX55m) rolls: 24 rolls per case, 96 cases per pallet.

We use plastic bags and high quality corrugated cases to pack the filament tapes.

Log Roll of Filament Tape:

1020mmX55m: 88-105 rolls per pallet.

Jumbo Roll of Filament Tape:

1020mmX1000m:5-8 rolls per pallet.
