This equipment is mainly used for free forging process of disk and ring rough parts, and can also be used for vertical die forging process.When the free forging works, the upper moving table and accumulator do not work, and the slider moves up and down quickly. The user can set the pressure-down amount” on the touch screen, and the slider will automatically return when it reach the setted pressure-down position, with accurate control and less manual operation. For die forging work, the upper and lower moving worktable is the feature of this machine. Two molds can be installed on the worktable, and the blanks and final forging process can be realized by one device.
